Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and administer staffing and coaching.
• Oversee inventory, food quality, SOPs, and promotions.
