Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to ensure a profitable, service-focused environment.
• Coach, motivate, and train team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and maintain PeakS service quality.
• Manage cash handling, drawers, employee checkouts, and bank deposits.
• Enforce health, safety, cleanliness standards and compliance with policies.
• Drive local store marketing and operate with effective operations and cost control.
• Maintain training schedules and materials for new hires, and conduct development programs.
