Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a passionate, field-focused Operations Advisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role centers on 4-wall restaurant operational excellence, coaching franchisees and restaurant leadership to improve execution and guest experiences.

You will work with franchisees, restaurant teams, and the Franchise Operations Partner to drive improvements, training, and rollout of initiatives, with travel approximately 70% within the market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or similar.
• Experience operating restaurants and leading restaurant teams across multiple roles and levels.
• Strong understanding of 4-wall restaurant operations including food execution, labor, service, cleanliness, safety, and accountability.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop restaurant leaders through direct engagement.
• Strong root-cause problem-solving skills with actionable plans.
• Ability to build credible relationships with franchisees and operations leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must live within the market supported; travel ~70%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 4-wall restaurant operations expert, partnering with franchisees and restaurant leadership to improve in-restaurant execution and performance.
• Drive improvement in key operational metrics by coaching leaders on processes and execution fundamentals.
• Provide hands-on, in-restaurant coaching focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution.
• Lead or support workshops, bootcamps, and in-restaurant training sessions to build operational capability.
• Uphold Pizza Hut brand standards by identifying gaps and reinforcing proven practices.
• Conduct operational diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance inside the restaurant.
• Develop clear improvement plans with franchisees and restaurant leaders; coordinate with FOP for follow-up.
• Support rollout of new initiatives with franchisee buy-in, training, and on-the-ground support.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant managers and franchise leadership to share best practices.
