• Proven coaching and leadership development capabilities.
• Excellent root-cause problem-solving and action planning.
• Ability to build relationships with franchisees and leaders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must live within the market supported to enable presence.
• Willingness to travel ~70% within the market.

Responsibilities
