Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all hourly employees, including daily activities and schedules.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coaching for team members.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and CHARM Service Model adherence.
• Train Front and Back of House staff on policies, procedures and specs.
• Oversee safety, security and compliance with company policies and wage/hour regulations.
