Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Lead shifts as the management representative and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coach staff and provide corrective discipline as needed to meet standards.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory and safety compliance.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow company policies and Operations Playbook; communicate shift notes using the manager logbook.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork within the restaurant team.
