Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees during shifts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach staff as needed.
• Direct kitchen and service operations to ensure quality and safety.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and adherence to recipes and standards.
• Lead training for Front of House and Back of House teams.
