• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities and assignments.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coaching.
• Address issues in kitchen operations promptly and directly.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment for shifts.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs and inventory.
• Maintain food quality with cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure service model is executed by all team members.
• Provide front and back of house training on policies and specs.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages.
• Resolve guest recovery situations with discretion.
• Follow Operations Playbook for consistent daily operations.
• Use digital logs to communicate notes and needs with management.
• Enforce safety measures to protect staff and guests.
• Control costs of food, supplies and liquor; conduct weekly inventories.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to all wage and hour regulations and filing responsibilities.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe.
• Manage line checks, prep lists, inventories, and orders.
