Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an AGM to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in Winder, GA. You will train and supervise kitchen and service staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain food safety, cost controls and compliance with policy.

You will lead shifts in the absence of higher management, perform performance evaluations, and direct scheduling while upholding brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain before training completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Lead shifts as management representative; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Direct workload, scheduling, and task assignments to ensure service quality and staff efficiency.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory, and safety standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation, maintain recipe standards, and train staff on policies and specs.
• Oversee front and back of house training and enforce security and cost controls.
