• Two years of experience as a Manager in full service, high volume, restaurant.
• Ability to work off counter heights of 36 - 42 inches.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, including food preparation and service standards.
• Manages all financial operations of the restaurant.
• Implements employee schedules and conducts interviews for new crew.
