King's Seafood Company is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at King's Fish House. You will coach the crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and partner with the kitchen to deliver quality product and service.

You will drive daily operations, staff development, and measurable hospitality standards across a high-volume restaurant. The role offers opportunities for career growth within a long-standing Southern California brand and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• Two years of experience as a Manager in full service, high volume restaurant.
• College degree in business or hotel/restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations and service standards.
• Oversees the flow of the business during business hours; active across front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen, and dining room.
• Responsible for financial operations of restaurant: cash handling, invoicing, vendor relations, and budgeting.
• Responsible for all human resource related to the crew.
• Ensures integrity and professionalism in interactions with crew and guests.
• Forecasts product needs based on inventory.
• Writes staff schedules for one or more workgroups (server, bartender, host, busser, supervisors).
• Participates in developing incentive programs and marketing services.
• Ensures compliance with recipe specifications and quality standards.
