You will manage inventory, menus, budgeting, and supplier relationships, develop promotions, monitor service standards, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience in staff management and team leadership.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, menu costing, inventory control, and service standards.
• Strong financial management and budget control skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
