Placements24 is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager for a premier Randburg venue. You will oversee all banquet operations, manage a talented team, and coordinate with clients to deliver flawless events—corporate, weddings, and private celebrations.

The role requires leadership, budgeting acumen, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends at a high-volume venue.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in banquet management or high-volume events.
• Proven track record managing large events and diverse teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control abilities.
• Deep knowledge of food & beverage service, menu planning, and event logistics.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee banquet and catering operations to ensure top service and presentation.
