The ideal candidate has extensive multi-unit F&B management experience, in-depth knowledge of culinary trends, and strong leadership capabilities to shape the dining portfolio and uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in progressive F&B management in multi-outlet env.
• Proven ability to manage complex F&B operations and drive profitability.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with menu development and quality control.
• Knowledge of current F&B trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with passion for service excellence.
• Experience with F&B POS systems and inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Manage F&B budgets, P&Ls, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, service protocols, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Develop menus in collaboration with culinary teams that align with market trends and brand positioning.
• Implement effective cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor.
