We seek a hands-on leader with 3+ years in F&B, strong customer service, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a dynamic opportunity in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, service standards, menu knowledge, and inventory basics.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily F&B service operations, ensuring quality and service standards.
• Assist F&B Manager in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Train and mentor new service staff on menu knowledge and etiquette.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bars, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in promotions and special events execution.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate shift coverage.
