Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to architect and deliver enterprise‑scale AI capabilities across knowledge, trust and control domains. This role balances hands‑on engineering with high‑level governance, enabling enterprise adoption through compliant, observable and integrated AI platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in foundation models, governance tooling, and cross‑functional leadership, driving collaboration across business, technical and product teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance or compliance tech.
• Experience with AI foundation model frameworks and variants (e.g., Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral).
• Observability, safety and governance tooling knowledge.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI architecture across knowledge, trust and control domains.
• Oversee integration of external vendor tools for monitoring, security and compliance.
• Coordinate enterprise AI adoption with cross‑functional EY teams.
• Serve as player‑coach, contributing to technical delivery while guiding firmwide initiatives.
• Maintain expertise across AI systems and patterns to drive customer opportunities and platform development.
• Guide initiatives through the Enterprise Architecture council.
