Amgen in the United States seeks a Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals with clinical knowledge of Tezspire and Amgen therapies, supporting patients living with serious illnesses. The role drives territory sales with strong emphasis on structured programs and access strategies.

The position covers Springfield, Worcester, Pittsfield, Westfield, Greenfield, Leominster with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in the same sectors.
• High school diploma with 8 years of sales experience in the same sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide current clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs and achieving targets.
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
• Analyze sales activity, develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Maintain passion for products and share best practices with colleagues.
• Leverage disease state knowledge to adapt to industry changes and deliver results.
