Baker Tilly US is seeking a Deployment Senior Specialist to oversee scheduling and data maintenance for professional staff across multiple teams. The role supports Deployment Managers in preparing and analyzing resource management reports, ensuring accurate staffing, and maintaining utilization targets.

You will collaborate with regional managers, understand staff career goals, and contribute to weekly and internal RM discussions, driving efficient deployment and financial outcomes.

Competenze

• Associates Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Facilitate scheduling of team members across levels balancing timing, travel, skills and capacity to maximize utilization.
• Assist deployment managers with resource allocation and collaboration across business units to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Maintain RM service levels by monitoring regional mailboxes and requests, escalating conflicts as needed.
• Develop understanding of staff skills, experiences and career goals to enable optimal client assignments.
• Prepare market-specific content and metrics for weekly RM calls and internal reviews.
• Take notes during weekly RM calls and internal RM Connects and follow up on action items to maintain scheduling system accuracy.
• Utilize Tax Workflow tools to validate project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
