Baker Tilly US is seeking a Deployment Senior Specialist to support resource management and deployment across teams. You will schedule staff, help prepare weekly and monthly reports, and maintain RM data with accuracy and collaboration with Deployment Managers and regional leaders.

You will engage in training, knowledge sharing, and data stewardship to optimize utilization and profitability for client service teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• 3 years in a professional services or similar environment.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling across levels ensuring optimal utilization and profitability.
• Assist Deployment Managers with market-specific metrics and weekly calls.
• Maintain staffing data in RM systems and generate reports.
• Identify conflicts and escalate to Deployment Managers as needed.
• Provide RM tool training for new hires and ongoing users.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and Operations on workload planning.
• Support data stewardship and KPI reporting for RM.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities.
