Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduling across all levels based on timing, travel, skills and capacity to maximize utilization.
• Support resource allocation across teams and collaborate with Deployment Managers for optimal staffing.
• Maintain and analyze staffing data; generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc RM reports.
• Participate in weekly RM calls and internal Connects; document action items and follow up.
• Provide system training for RM tools and assist in onboarding new hires.
