Qualifications

• Associates Degree Preferred or equivalent required as stated.
• 3 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Desire to learn operations of a professional services firm.
• Interest in connecting with others and driving the strategic vision of resource management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across all levels of the firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrity and professional demeanor with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduling for team members across levels, balancing capacity and utilization.
• Support resource allocation and collaboration with Deployment Managers across units.
• Maintain RM service levels across regional mailboxes and requests.
• Identify allocation conflicts and escalate as needed.
• Understand staff skills, experiences, and career goals for client assignments.
• Prepare market-specific content and metrics for weekly calls and connects.
• Attend weekly calls and internal connects, taking notes and tracking actions.
• Validate project status and staffing updates using RM tools.
