Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to oversee daily operation of resort Maintenance and Guest Services, coordinating staffing, training, and scheduling to meet service standards.

You will control payroll, manage guest accounts and front desk needs, and lead audits, safety, and cost-control initiatives. A strong leader with hotel/resort experience and MS Office proficiency is desired.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of maintenance and guest services.
• Manage staffing, training, and scheduling to meet occupancy and service goals.
• Monitor payroll costs and budget adherence.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and account management.
• Conduct unit inspections and enforce standards.
