Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to oversee the daily operation of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services departments. The role includes staffing, scheduling, payroll control, and ensuring guest satisfaction across two departments.

You will train staff on standards, manage room inventory, and handle front office requirements, while ensuring QA, safety, and budget compliance. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of housekeeping and guest services.
• Plan staffing, forecast schedules, and manage payroll costs.
• Train staff on standards and develop associates in both departments.
• Manage room inventory, group blocks, and front office requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention and safety standards.
• Own and manage the Internal Audit process and department budget.
