Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in loan originations and/or servicing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complaints for Post Funding and Title tasks.
• Coordinate between dealers, customers, and multiple departments to resolve requests.
• Research and handle complex title discrepancies and ensure correct payments and refunds.
• Assist team lead with reviewing and assigning cases in the Post Funding queue.
• Maintain confidentiality with access to sensitive consumer information.
