Ideal candidates have 5+ years in auto finance funding or titles processing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS Office skill in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze account documents selected at random to include title releases, state changes, collateral, repo's, SOC's, Unwinds, and VIN corrections according to federal and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of completed documents, ensures maintenance and notes are completed in various systems.
• Communicate with all teams within the organization to resolve any discrepancies.
• Use policy, procedures, and knowledge of the business to resolve issues while following pre-established quality policies and guidelines.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
• Maintain familiarity with Titles/ Post Funding policy and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality due to regular access to specified personal information of consumers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
