Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Loan Processor Manager to oversee regional loan processing operations, ensuring timely funding decisions and adherence to policy. You will lead processing teams, drive quality, and align with Credit, Sales, and dealer partners.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of consumer data, while meeting performance targets in a hybrid in-office role across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 years auto finance industry experience.
• 3 years’ experience as a Sr. Loan Processor or similar position.
• Must have experience as a Loan Processing Team Lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional loan processing teams and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure achievement of funding objectives, including volume, turn time, and portfolio performance.
• Oversee accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and timely submission to underwriting.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales, and dealer management to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Develop, coordinate, and support training activities and staff development.
• Maintain confidentiality when accessing consumer information.
