Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ auto finance industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sr. Loan Processor or similar position.
• Must have experience as a Loan Processing Team Lead.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and development to Loan Processing teams.
• Ensure achievement of funding objectives including volume, turn time, and portfolio performance.
• Manage regional production, quality, and service levels to meet targets.
• Evaluate performance against metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and submission to underwriting.
