Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processing Manager to lead regional loan processing, ensuring quality, timely funding, and policy compliance. The role focuses on developing staff, managing performance metrics, and coordinating with Credit, Sales, and dealer management.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership, and the ability to oversee documentation and underwriting collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ auto finance industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sr. Loan Processor or similar position.
• Must have experience as a Loan Processing Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and development to Loan Processing teams.
• Ensure achievement of funding objectives, including volume, turn time, and compliance.
• Manage regional production, quality, and service levels to meet targets.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee loan documentation accuracy and timely submission to underwriting and funding teams.
• Communicate with Credit, Sales, and dealer management for alignment.
