Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent for a 71-unit residential property in Fitzgerald, GA. The role covers interior/exterior inspections, preventive maintenance, and tenant-facing repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with the office, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely turnovers. A high school diploma and 5+ years in multifamily maintenance are required, with boiler/HVAC certifications preferred.

• Complete and supervise work orders; communicate delays to supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems.
• Assist with apartment inspections, turnovers, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintain records of service requests, maintenance activities, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with property management and office staff on scheduling and priorities.
