Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team and safeguard asset integrity at our Georgia properties. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely work orders with a strong customer-service approach.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), valid driver's license, and EPA HVAC familiarity, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Inspect property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests and prioritize work orders.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate make-ready process for units.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
