Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential multifamily property management/apartment maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance maintenance, and boilers.
• Valid driver's license and certification in Fire Safety and Boiler needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Assist in scheduling annual apartment inspections and ensuring unit turnover repairs.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls.
