MMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent for a 150-unit property in Peoria, IL. The role covers interior/exterior maintenance, inspections, and preventive programs, with responsibility for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Qualified candidates have five or more years in residential multifamily maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and relevant licenses. The company offers competitive salaries, benefits, and growth opportunities in a high-tech environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in residential multifamily maintenance/management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Fire Safety and Boiler License preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and boilers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily work orders efficiently.
• Communicate delays to supervisor in the office.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting apartment inspections.
• Coordinate turnover repairs with the office team.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and supplier contracts.
• Stay current on building codes and safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies per company policy.
• Assist in snow removal and other duties as assigned.
