Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for a 104-unit residential property in Pinellas Park, FL. The role oversees all on-site maintenance, inspections, preventive programs, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

You will coordinate with the management office to keep work orders and turnovers on schedule. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential multifamily maintenance, a high school diploma, and required licenses.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance/management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fire Safety and Boiler License certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently.
• Communicate delays in completing work orders to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Assist in scheduling annual apartment inspections and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Ensure turnover repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance and manage contracts and suppliers.
