Acloché LLC in Monroe/Charlotte NC is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent to lead on-site construction for new custom-home projects. You will oversee design to close-out, coordinate subs, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in residential construction, experience managing 8–10 homes concurrently, and strong communication with owners and crews.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, especially on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects simultaneously with homes up to $525–625k.
• Proven 4+ year track record in operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Site management from design/pre-con through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality.
