Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Monroe/Charlotte NC seeks a PROJECT MANAGER – Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction projects, overseeing sites from design through c/o, coordinating subs, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The candidate should have 4+ years in residential construction, experience running 8–10 homes at once, and strong communication with customers/owners along with solid team-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot).
• Managing multiple projects (8–10 simultaneously).
• Strong communication with customers/owners and proven team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee site management from design and pre-con process through contracts, safety, and scheduling (C/O).
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
