You will oversee site management from design through construction completion and manage multiple residential projects for a regional builder with a strong local footprint. The role emphasizes proactive communication with clients and subcontractors, strict adherence to budgets and schedules, and maintaining high construction quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-Your-Lot or scattered lot building).
• Managing 8-10 projects concurrently with home prices ranging up to $525-625k (avg.).
• 4+ years proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & pre-con process, subcontractor selection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through C/O.
• Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while also closely watching the quality of construction.
