Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform technical tasks and oversee repairs in a residential setting.

The role includes completing work orders, managing the make-ready process for vacant units, and coordinating with vendors to maintain high-quality living spaces while upholding safety guidelines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Must provide own hand tools and use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests from residents and diagnose/repair defects.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors as needed.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
