Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities.
• EPA Type I/II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Renovation experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain organized, safe work area.
• Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Uphold safety and hazard communications programs.
• Maintain superior customer service with residents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist property manager with budgets and expectations.
• Train and develop property technicians on systems.
• Handle building emergencies promptly.
• Attend technical training to maintain skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
