STYL Residential is seeking a Service Manager at the Heritage at Bedford Springs community in Bedford, MA. The role leads the maintenance team, oversees repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to sustain high standards of service for residents.

The position requires 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Type I/II, and CPO certification, with strong skills in safety, vendor management, and operating property management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related trade.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Proficient with general maintenance equipment and safety procedures.
• Experience using property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technicians and manage maintenance operations for the community.
• Fix and troubleshoot equipment and complete unit turns.
• Oversee vendor relationships and property-wide maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety compliance and orderly, clean work areas.
• Support the property manager with budgeting and cost control.
• Deliver superior resident service and effective communication with residents and staff.
