Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Residential Property Leasing Coordinator to oversee leasing for a multifamily community. This on-site, full-time role focuses on occupancy management, lease administration, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, track performance metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing. Experience with large communities and Yardi/RealPage is preferred; strong customer service

Qualifications

• Proven success achieving occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
• Experience with lease administration, renewals, and retention.
• Experience in large residential communities of 100+ units preferred.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi/RealPage/OneSite/Entrata/RentCafe).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all leasing activities from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities.
• Manage availability, occupancy reporting, and leasing metrics.
• Process applications, verify income/background, ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and resident documentation.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Support retention initiatives and renewal campaigns.
• Monitor expirations and manage renewal opportunities.
• Maintain records in PM software and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Assist with marketing, ads, events, and community outreach.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness and onboarding.
