Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activity and help assigned apartment communities achieve high occupancy.

You will manage the resident experience from inquiry to move-in, respond to leads, coordinate tours, assist applicants, and collaborate with property management and compliance teams to enable approved residents to move into their new homes. This temporary role is with potential for permanency based on business needs and performance,

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily apartment leasing experience required.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills verbal and written.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using property management software and other technology.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing pipeline from inquiry to move-in with timely communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate apartment and community tours with prospective residents or on-site staff.
• Assist applicants with application requirements and coordinate with management and compliance teams to move applications efficiently.
• Monitor vacancies and leasing priorities, identify barriers delaying move-ins, and resolve them with the team.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity in company systems and report progress to operations leadership.
