Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. This role supports the Property Management team, handling maintenance and repairs as needed.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in general maintenance, HVAC certification and EPA certification, plus reliable tools and a valid driver's license. On-call availability, safety compliance and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification or technical college/trade program preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Own basic tools; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electrical, plumbing, appliances as needed.
• Complete service requests professionally and safely; report major repairs before spending.
• Maintain safety standards and professional conduct with residents and vendors.
• On-call availability including weekends and evenings.
