Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs and scopes.
• Clean driving record and willingness to drive among communities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction schedule and ensure quality within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all phases of construction.
• Conduct homeowner walkthroughs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspections.
• Manage customer experience throughout construction process.
• Monitor site cleanliness and organization.
• Support warranty and post-close activities.
• Collaborate with sales, warranty and management teams.
