This role requires strong scheduling, cost control, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery within budget, with responsibility for post-close warranty and regular site inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors for each phase; monitor workmanship for compliance with codes and standards.
• Close out homes per contract obligations; conduct homeowner walkthroughs.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspections.
• Oversee customer experience throughout construction and post-close warranty process.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of sites; inform on issues and resolutions.
• Communicate progress to sales, warranty and management teams.
