Job summary

• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and other construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, ensure timelines and scopes are met.
• Conduct site walks twice daily to monitor progress and quality.
• Supervise trade partners and lead pre-construction/closure meetings.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements.
