Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home builds in assigned communities across our portfolio. You’ll manage sites, coordinate trade partners, control costs, and ensure on-time delivery with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Experience in residential construction management and proficiency with Build Pro/Procore is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reading blueprints. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and adherence to codes and

• Residential construction management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Build Pro and Procore to streamline workflows.
• Reading blueprints and codes; driving to sites and meetings as needed.
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from site setup to move-in and monitor timelines.
• Supervise trade partners, conduct daily site walks, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, invoices, and documentation in Build Pro and related systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care and management to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
