Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr Construction Manager to lead residential construction across assigned communities. You will supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily trade partner activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include planning all construction stages, enforcing safety and code compliance, and overseeing field teams. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project/construction management in residential construction.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills; strong time management.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the job site and supervise daily trade partner activities per schedules and scopes of work.
• Plan all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with city/county requirements, codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety; keep safety logs and conduct safety meetings.
• Perform SWPPP inspections and maintain documentation.
• Use Build Pro for trade partner notification and invoice approval.
