Job summary

Lennar in Spring, TX is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of new homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. You will supervise trade partners, review schedules, and enforce safety and building codes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of residential construction management experience, proficiency with Build Pro/Procore and MS Office, and the ability to read blueprints. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, schedules, and trade partner activity.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate issues raised by inspectors and partners to protect budget and timelines.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals through Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on partner timeliness and quality to leadership.
