The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and residential construction management experience; proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office is required; state and federal codes compliance; strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred, or 3–5 years in home building.
• Experience in residential construction management.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and crews.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and schedule adherence.
• Review change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management for problem resolution.
• Ensure safety, codes compliance, and quality standards on sites.
