Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding in assigned communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. The role requires hands-on leadership on job sites and collaboration with trade partners and internal teams.

You will conduct regular on-site walks, manage change orders and safety compliance, and leverage Build Pro/Procore to keep projects on track. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred or 3–5 years’ home building/construction experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling, and trade partner supervision.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro to ensure timely payments and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and accurate record-keeping on-site.
